Mental Health & Alcohol/Substance Abuse Counseling

To nourish and encourage the unlimited potential in every person that I work with is precisely why I pursued my school counseling degree and my license in Mental Health Counseling, as well as certification as a Credentialed Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Counselor.

My drive and passion for the field of counseling has always been evident to me.  It is my vocation in life, and I am honored to support my patients on their journeys.  As a counselor, I can be a consistent patient advocate by creating a positive and motivating environment for them to enhance and expand their ability to experience a deeper connection with themselves as well as others.  This connection is imperative for overall physical and mental health well-being.

It is extremely important to bring balance into one’s life. I believe that each person has the answers within themselves, but may need a safe and secure environment to explore this in order to live the life that they deserve. Disruption in this is the root of emotional pain and suffering.

If you are in crisis, know that you are not alone.  Counseling can be an opportunity to heal, grow and transform your life, enabling you to thrive in your day-to-day living, rather than just existing. This is your opportunity to take control of your life and I welcome the opportunity to work with you.  I am happy to discuss your specific needs and answer any questions you have about therapy and my practice.
